OneNotary Accessibility Statement
This Accessibility Statement pertains to the OneNotary service for individual clients who access it via a link from an email and does not apply to OneNotary marketing websites.
Summary
At OneNotary, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and make our platform accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Currently, OneNotary provides the following benefits:
- Blind users can use the web service with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and Narrator on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS.
- People with visual impairments can use the web service with screen magnification, browser zoom, and screen reader support.
- People with hearing impairments can use live captions provided by Windows, macOS, Chrome, and other platform or browser features.
- People with motor impairments can navigate using the keyboard or voice control.
- People with cognitive impairments can use the service with support from clear structure, consistent navigation, and straightforward workflows.
Our team works diligently to implement accessibility features that conform to the following accessibility requirements:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA
- U.S. Government’s Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (amended 2018)
- Where applicable, EN 301 549 accessibility requirements for ICT products and services
Measures to Support Accessibility
OneNotary, Inc. takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of OneNotary:

- Integrate accessibility into design, development, QA, and procurement practices
- Provide ongoing accessibility training for relevant staff

Accessibility Conformance
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
OneNotary aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Based on our current accessibility review and remediation work, the signer experience is substantially aligned with applicable WCAG Level AA requirements, with ongoing monitoring and improvement as part of our accessibility program.
The Accessibility Conformance Report for the signer flow, in the form of a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), is available upon request.
Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology
OneNotary is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

- Safari with VoiceOver on macOS

Ongoing Improvements
We are committed to monitoring and improving our accessibility features on an ongoing basis. Our team regularly conducts accessibility audits, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to identify areas for enhancement and address any accessibility barriers that may arise.
Recent improvements have included remediation of previously identified issues related to keyboard accessibility, focus management, semantic structure, screen reader announcements, heading hierarchy, descriptive page titles, responsive reflow, target sizes, and accessible navigation patterns.
Limitations and Alternatives
We are not currently aware of any material accessibility limitations in the OneNotary signer flow that would prevent users from accessing core functionality. Accessibility testing and monitoring continue as the product evolves.
